What It Is

The NABIP-MI Fireside Webinar Series is a recurring, member-focused forum designed to create open, consistent communication between NABIP-MI leadership and our membership. These sessions provide a direct line to state and national leadership and offer timely insight into the issues, decisions, and advocacy efforts shaping our industry.

Our Goals

The Fireside Series is built to strengthen trust, transparency, and alignment across the association by:

  • Providing clear updates on NABIP-MI board priorities and initiatives

  • Connecting national NABIP policy and strategy to what’s happening in Michigan

  • Giving members a reliable space to ask questions and raise concerns

  • Encouraging thoughtful, moderated dialogue that supports informed engagement

How it works

Fireside Webinars are held on the second Monday of every other month at 1:00 p.m. Each session is approximately 30 minutes and features a small panel of NABIP-MI board members, chapter leaders, and, when applicable, national NABIP representatives. A moderator guides the discussion and member Q&A to ensure the conversation stays focused and productive.

Members are encouraged to submit questions, comments, or suggested topics in advance using the form linked on this page. The form will be updated regularly so submissions are always directed to the upcoming session. Questions may be submitted with your name or anonymously. The form is managed by a third party, and the board will only see the information you choose to share.

While we will make every effort to address submitted questions, time may not allow for all to be answered during the live session. Questions not addressed live may be responded to in writing or carried forward to a future Fireside Webinar.

Sessions are recorded and made available to members who are unable to attend live.
